Arena Fantasy Magazine is a new writing magazine focusing on fantasy stories. The magazine and E-zine is published four times a year. It has stories from up and coming authors and also useful tit-bits of information on how to grow as a writer.
Magazines are published in March, June, September and December.

Arena Fantasy Magazine is open to all submission's for the following:
SHORT FICTION - Stories based in the fantasy genre, whether it is faeries, Dragons and Knights. Supernatural werewolves and vampires, epic battles and brooding protagonists. As long as it is between 750 and 5000 words and can be classed as a fantasy piece we will be happy to see it.
FLASH FICTION - Stories based in the fantasy genre, whether it is faeries, Dragons and Knights. Supernatural werewolves and vampires, epic battles and brooding protagonists. As long as it is between 250 and 750 words and can be classed as a fantasy piece send it into us.
ARTICLES - As we are primarily a writing magazine, we would be happy receiving articles on or around the subject of writing, whether that is Plotting, cover design or anything to do with the craft.
ARTWORK - We are looking for original items of art firmly based in the fantasy genre. This could be a fight scene, a hero/heroine we are in particularly looking for landscapes or town-scapes as long as it is medieval we will consider it.
How to submit
For Stories, Flash and articles: Please email a query to [email protected] in the first instance. If your piece is of interest we will reply and request the full version.
Your query should contain your contact details, give a brief out line of the piece and finally any items you have published.
For Artwork: please email a copy of your submission to [email protected] we will contact you if we wish to use it.

Arena Fantasy Magazine has a selection of subscription ranks. Each Magazine is priced at £3.50. However, for an annual subscription, we charge £10 per year.
